Jamestown Estate Homes is a family-owned business founded by Greg Hawes, with his daughters Katy, Victoria, and Elizabeth. With over 30 years in the home building industry, Greg was a founder and president of a dominant Houston semi-custom builder for 18 years. He then made the jump to full custom luxury home building with Jamestown Estate Homes in 2010.

Named Custom Builder of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association in 2013, Jamestown Estate Homes builds in the Memorial Villages, Houston Heights, and several custom home communities in the city’s surrounding areas.

Jamestown’s work has won many awards, including The Woodlands Custom Builder of the Year. The team at Jamestown Estate Homes is proud of the accolades they receive, but their greatest achievement is building outstanding homes for delighted homeowners.
